It's very good!
This is so far the exact taste which I tasted when my Thai friends cooked from the paste from the scratch. It doesn't have added salt which makes easier to balance the recipe. If you love the lemongrass then this is the best. This is perfect for any broth kind of Tom yum goog or kai or
Also good for any Pad Thai. Somehow, The Real Thai doesn't match up at all because of added salt.
Making Thai green curry requires the best curry paste and after getting that, making a good Thai curry is child's play. My search for a good, veg product ended here. The curry came out so well!! And since the paste is slightly spicy for us, I split the paste into two parts and used it on 2 different days, 3 days apart. The spice was perfect for us. Amazing product when you don't have the time or ingredients to make a paste and want to go for a quick way of making yummy Thai green curry. Definitely ordering this product again.
