A spicy fermented hot sauce crafted from local Goa Tarvoti Chilis which were first sourced by the Portuguese. Fermented for 6 months to 1 year, this sauce has tangy spicy & complex fruity notes. The coconut vinegar added to the sauce adds an extra hit of coastal flavour.
