The thai curry paste is quite flavorless. It doesnt impart any flavor like the authentic thai curry at all.
I am not a big fan of oriental foods, however, these curry pastes are very, very good.
I am always afraid of the chemicals added to oriental food products, however, I have never had an allergy or reaction with this paste, so that means the quality of ingredients is excellent.
So far all products I have purchased with elthecook are of high quality.

Making Thai green curry requires the best curry paste and after getting that, making a good Thai curry is child's play. My search for a good, veg product ended here. The curry came out so well!! And since the paste is slightly spicy for us, I split the paste into two parts and used it on 2 different days, 3 days apart. The spice was perfect for us. Amazing product when you don't have the time or ingredients to make a paste and want to go for a quick way of making yummy Thai green curry. Definitely ordering this product again.
