I like these. Cajun has been my new favorite spice for a lot of things and these give you multiple flavors for different applications. it is good on chicken and steak. I will put on just about anything. The original is best with fish and the hot is best with things like tacos. Can't go wrong here. I will be buying as a (partial)gift if the siblings get homes
This el the cook spice mix is my favorite! It's versatile, and I love using it to bring smoky flavor and a touch of heat to a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes. When my local grocery store stopped carrying it, I was delighted to find it on Amazon. I was intrigued to see they had a Spicy version!
I was looking for a Cajun seasoning to liven up my bland pasta.. I didn't see what i was looking for so i expanded my search. When this brand appeared i went with the reviews. One of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Truth is I've only tried the original. Great so far😃
Also uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich.
El The Cook Cajun blend was just right. Was a little concerned about it being to hot so I tried not to use to much for the first try. Will use more next time. My husband really liked it. Plan on using it more often. I can see it being my new favorite spice. I bought the 3 combo pk so I could try all of them. I recommend getting this as there is a lot you can do with the different flavors.
