How to Use
Snacks - Nachos & French fries
1) Add El The Cook Cajun Seasoning as per taste to nachos, french fries or popcorn when hot
2) Shake it up, so that it is mixed evenly
Crispy Chicken & Stir Fry
1) Add El The Cook Cajun Seasoning as per taste to veggies or chicken
2) Cook with little oil on a medium heat for 10 minutes.

I like these. Cajun has been my new favorite spice for a lot of things and these give you multiple flavors for different applications. I will put on just about anything. The seasoning is best with fish and the hot is best with things like tacos. Can't go wrong here. I will be buying as a (partial)gift if the siblings get homes

This el the cook spice mix is my favorite! It's versatile, and I love using it to bring smoky flavor and a touch of heat to a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes. When my local grocery store stopped carrying it, I was delighted to find it on Amazon. I was intrigued to see they had a Spicy version!
El The Cook Cajun blend was just right. Was a little concerned about it being to hot so I tried not to use to much for the first try. Will use more next time. My husband really liked it. Plan on using it more often. I can see it being my new favorite spice. I bought the 3 combo pk so I could try all of them. I recommend getting this as there is a lot you can do with the different flavors.
Also uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich.
