Homemade Saudana Khichdi.
My sister and I have always loved Sabudana Khichdi. This preparation doesn't require a lot of Ghee and is quite delicate and delicious. Recently I tried this ready-made Sabudana Khichdi Tadka from @elthecook and it made the cooking process really easy. Just heat the required amount of Tadka, add the soaked Sabudana and your other favourite ingredients... Sauté for a few minutes and Voila... Its ready. I would definitely recommend this product.
