Pulav Using ELtheCook's Indian Pulav Tadka

  1. Basmati Rice - 2 Cups
  2. EltheCook's Indian Pulav 'Tadka' (Serves 4 pack)
  3. Salt to taste (About 2 teaspoons)


  1. Wash Rice 3 times with water to remove the starch.
  2. In a medium pan, empty Tadka packet, add washed rice, 4 cups water & salt. Cook on medium flame.
  3. Once it starts boiling, reduce flame to slow & Cover partially.
  4. Turn off the flame after rice is cooked. Cover for 1 min.
  5. Taste & Adjust salt. Serve Hot.
