- 1 Cup Roasted Sooji (Semolina)
- EltheCook's Lemon Rice 'Tadka' (Serves 4 pack)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Vegetables of choice (carrot, beans, onion, tomato)
- Fresh Coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste (About 1 teaspoon)
- In a pan, empty Tadka packet & add finely chopped Vegetables. Cook well on medium flame. Keep stirring (About 1 min). Cover & cook for 2 min.
- Add roasted sooji & 2 cups boiling water. Mix thoroughly. Adjust salt. Cover & let it cook for 5 min.
- Garnish with fresh coriander & Enjoy.
