Jeera Aloo with ELtheCook's Jeera Rice 'Tadka'

Quick & Easy Jeera Aloo, perfect with Roti or for packed lunch! Made by You, fresh in your kitchen!

  • Serves - 4 Portions

  • Cook Time - 10 Min

Ingredients:

  1. 4-5 Big size Potato - Boiled & cut
  2. EltheCook's Jeera Rice  'Tadka' (Serves 4 pack)
  3. 2 Lemons
  4. Fresh Coriander for garnish
  5. Salt to taste (About 1 teaspoon)

Method:

  1. In a non-stick pan, empty Tadka packet & add chopped potatoes. Cook well on medium flame. Keep stirring for 1 min & Do not cover.
  2. Add salt, mix thoroughly. Add lemon juice. Keep stirring over high flame for 1-2 min.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander & enjoy with Hot Rotis.
