Ingredients:
- 4-5 Big size Potato - Boiled & cut
- EltheCook's Jeera Rice 'Tadka' (Serves 4 pack)
- 2 Lemons
- Fresh Coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste (About 1 teaspoon)
Method:
- In a non-stick pan, empty Tadka packet & add chopped potatoes. Cook well on medium flame. Keep stirring for 1 min & Do not cover.
- Add salt, mix thoroughly. Add lemon juice. Keep stirring over high flame for 1-2 min.
- Garnish with fresh coriander & enjoy with Hot Rotis.
