How to Use Sambar Powder?
1. Boil 1 Cup Toor Dal with 2 Cups water & 2 teaspoons Salt
2. Cut vegetables of your choice in dice
3. Cook till dal is soft.
4. In a Kadhai/Wok add Oil, 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds, 3 Tablespoons Sambar Powder & cooked Dal & Veggies.
5. Cook for 5 min. Serve Hot!
