This tadka has a lovely taste and a nice blend. I use it primarily for south Indian cuisine and it works very well in a variety of dishes, like lemon rice too
pongal is a rare recipe to find in a packaged masala..i was skeptical at first..but decided to try..the flavors are rich with ghee and spices

We were salsa, sauce freaks before but now, wow, this is good on pretty much everything. I had had harissa before in paste form and it about burned my mouth out..This is not that! This is a mixture of ingreds w/the tandoori paste and it comes out as hot but really nicely spiced so you are getting all of it together. Seriously, adds zip to everything..add while cooking or after as a condiment..awesome stuff
Can't find this on my local shelves. Awesome spread with sandwiches, on homemade pizza or in recipes for that perfect amount of kick without overpowering
